This privacy notice explains how Willow & Bloom Publishing ("we", "us") accesses and handles data when using the Amazon Ads API to manage our own advertising.

Who we are

Willow & Bloom Publishing is the publishing imprint of authors and educators Matthew Graham and Rebecca Whitlock. This application is a private, internal tool used to analyse and manage our own Amazon Advertising campaigns. It is not a public service and is not offered to other parties. What data we access

With our own authorisation, the application accesses advertising data from our own Amazon Advertising account via the Amazon Ads API. This may include campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, and performance reporting data, and may submit changes such as bid adjustments, negative keywords, and new campaigns at our direction.

How we use data

Data is used solely to generate reports, surface optimisation recommendations, and apply approved changes to our own advertising account. We do not sell, share, or disclose this data to any third party.

How data is stored

Authentication credentials and retrieved data are stored privately in our own environment and are not transmitted to anyone other than Amazon's APIs as required to operate the application.

Data retention

Reporting data is retained only as long as needed for analysis and may be deleted at any time.

Your choices

As this application accesses only our own account, authorisation can be revoked at any time through the relevant Amazon account settings.
